Under this task order, AMS Networks will be responsible for streamlining of system activation along with rebranding and testing, providing training to Treasury Operations Center (TOC) and Bureau staff, system operation and maintenance support services for autonomous operation. AMS Networks will bring about capabilities of telephone alerting, email alerting, text alerting, alert responses, routine tests, user self-registration, XML feeds, personnel accountability, targeted alerting, alert management, and reporting.
Our solution will also will deliver notifications 24x7x365 with a 99.95% availability, ensuring delivery of messages to visually impaired, ability to send both audible (voice or text-to-speech) and visual (text) notifications, allowing for the receipt of messages on both domestic and international phone numbers and provide audit tracking. This capability will enhance rapid response times and will provide situational awareness for end-users in order to gather, manage and direct incident data and respond intelligently.
